AI-native corporate entertainment platform Ande has signed a licensing agreement with SixPlus, folding the private-dining marketplace's network of 600-plus restaurant, hotel, and activity partners across 50 U.S. cities into Ande's booking infrastructure. The deal also brings SixPlus founder Evelyne White and key members of her team onto Ande's roster, adding a decade of private-dining workflow expertise to an enterprise platform that already moves more than $400 million a year through 93,000 entertainment providers in 90-plus cities.

What the Deal Covers

Under the licensing structure, SixPlus's proprietary venue content — including its video walkthroughs and partner data — will enrich the Ande network, while the SixPlus concierge team will run its searches through Ande's virtual concierge engine. The SixPlus marketplace continues to operate independently, giving venue partners two demand channels: the SixPlus consumer-facing marketplace and the Ande enterprise network. For restaurant and hotel operators with private dining inventory, that dual-channel exposure represents incremental corporate group demand without added distribution cost.

Enterprise Controls Meet Group Dining

The strategic logic is straightforward: SixPlus built its reputation serving individual planners and small teams — executive assistants, event managers, and marketing coordinators booking client dinners or holiday parties. Its average booking group is nine covers; its largest runs around 100. That's a meaningful slice of the private dining and group-events segment, but the platform was never engineered for the compliance, centralized payment, and legal-oversight requirements of a global enterprise with thousands of employee bookers. Ande was. The agreement effectively extends a growth path to SixPlus's 30,000 subscribers who eventually outgrow the marketplace model, while Ande fills a gap in its venue depth and concierge-level content for the smaller end of the corporate dining spectrum.

Lohit Sarma, CEO and co-founder of Ande, framed the rationale around supply-side benefit as much as client-side: venue partners on the network gain not one but two booking channels for corporate and group demand. White, for her part, noted that the vision behind SixPlus — making private-room reservations as frictionless as a standard table booking — maps closely to where Ande's AI-native infrastructure was already heading. Rather than build parallel capabilities, the licensing structure lets both platforms contribute their strengths.

For foodservice operators with private dining rooms, the combined reach matters. Ande's existing enterprise client base of 60-plus companies generates substantial group-dining volume; layering SixPlus's venue relationships and content on top widens the addressable operator network and raises the discoverability of private dining inventory that often goes unfilled outside peak seasons. In a segment where private dining revenue depends heavily on corporate demand, access to an enterprise booking channel with built-in compliance and payment rails is a tangible competitive advantage for participating venues.
