The Offer
TGI Fridays is doubling down on casual-dining value with the rollout of its 3 For All menu, a three-course bundle that packages a full-size appetizer, an entrée, and a non-alcoholic drink at entry-level pricing of $11.99 — a positioning move aimed at reversing traffic softness that has pressured the nearly 400-unit chain through a prolonged stretch of consumer spending caution.
Unlike stripped-down prix-fixe promotions common across the casual segment, 3 For All is structured around three distinct price tiers: $11.99 for a Chicken Quesadilla or Cheeseburger; $13.99 for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Caesar Salad, Shrimp Caesar Salad, or Bacon Cheeseburger; and $16.99 for higher-margin proteins including Sliced Steak Frites, Bruschetta Chicken Pasta, or Blackened Chicken Alfredo. Appetizer choices include Mozzarella Sticks, Pan-Seared Potstickers, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and a House Salad — all full-size portions, a detail the chain is emphasizing to differentiate the bundle from lighter snack-tier LTOs elsewhere in the segment.
Beverage Upgrade Economics
The bundle's alcohol upgrade mechanic is a notable unit-economics lever. Guests can swap the included fountain drink, iced tea, or Signature Slush for a $5 Classic Margarita or a 16 oz. Michelob Ultra — a straightforward upsell that targets bar-centric daypart revenue, historically a Fridays strength. Alongside the bundle launch, the brand is introducing a Kick in the Pantalones margarita, a cocktail developed in partnership with Pantalones Tequila, the 100% organic premium tequila brand co-founded by actor Matthew McConaughey. The cocktail combines Pantalones Organic Blanco Tequila, DeKuyper Triple Sec, mango, fresh agave sour, and jalapeño, finished with a Tajín half-rim. Celebrity-affiliated spirits partnerships have become a recurring traffic driver across casual and bar-forward concepts, and the Pantalones tie-in gives Fridays a trending SKU to merchandise against the bundle.
"3 For All is not simply another value menu. It is the full Fridays experience, with the generous portions, craveable variety and real choice our Guests expect from us," said Ray Blanchette, Chief Executive Officer at TGI Fridays. "From a full-size appetizer to exclusive dishes and premium options like Sliced Steak Frites, Guests can make the meal their own at a clear price."
Casual-Dining Context
The launch lands as casual-dining operators across the segment are leaning hard into bundled value to recapture frequency lost to fast-casual competitors and at-home meal occasions. Chains including Applebee's, Chili's, and Dine Brands concepts have each refreshed combo or date-night offers over the past 18 months, with Chili's in particular drawing operator attention after its 3 For Me platform contributed to measurable comp-sales recovery. Fridays, which operates on a franchise-first model with global support hubs in Dallas, Dubai, and London, has been restructuring its domestic and international franchise development pipeline following earlier bankruptcy proceedings that reduced its U.S. footprint. The 3 For All rollout signals an attempt to stabilize traffic at the unit level before resuming aggressive franchisee recruitment. Availability, pricing, and participation may vary by location.
