Las Vegas Restaurant Week kicks off its 19th year June 1 through 12, mobilizing hundreds of restaurants across Southern Nevada to support Three Square Food Bank through prix fixe dining experiences that benefit both traffic and hunger relief.
The 12-day event has become one of the region's most established cause-marketing platforms for the hospitality sector. Last year, more than 290 restaurants and 64,000 diners participated, raising over $400,000 and helping provide 1.2 million meals. Since 2007, the event has generated more than 10 million meals for neighbors in need.
Participating restaurants offer curated prix fixe menus across dayparts—breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner—at a range of price points, with a portion of proceeds supporting Three Square's network of more than 150 community partners. The model works because it drives incremental covers during a traditionally slower early-summer window while aligning operators with a mission that resonates locally.
One in six Southern Nevadans faces food insecurity, including more than 113,000 children, according to Three Square. Rising housing costs, wage stagnation, and limited access to affordable groceries continue to strain working families, seniors on fixed incomes, and children who rely on school meals.
Restaurants interested in participating can contact the Las Vegas Restaurant Week team at 702.909.5519 or restaurantweek@threesquare.org. The mobile-friendly site RestaurantWeekLV.org will launch two weeks before the event with the full list of participating locations and promotions.
In a market as competitive as Las Vegas, Restaurant Week offers a dual value proposition: community impact and measurable traffic. For operators looking to fill seats and build goodwill, it's a proven playbook with nearly two decades of results.
